Phase 1 · Foundation
Yoga Therapy Foundation Course (Week 1)
Phase 2 · Biomedical Modules
These modules deepen your understanding of specific physiological systems and their clinical relevance in Yoga Therapy. You will study anatomy, pathology, conventional treatment approaches, contraindications, and therapeutic applications.
All Phase 2 modules must be completed before starting Case Studies. A solid understanding of pathophysiology and system-based application is required prior to entering the practicum phase.
End-of-module tests are required for the designated biomedical modules, as outlined in the Training Requirements.

Phase 3 · Therapeutic Skills
All Phase 3 modules must be completed before beginning Case Studies. These skills are considered essential for safe clinical practice.

Phase 4 · The Tools
This phase refines your practical application of Yoga Therapy tools, including asana, pranayama, relaxation practices, and safety considerations.
All Phase 4 modules must be completed prior to starting Case Studies. These modules ensure that you are clinically prepared to design and deliver therapeutic interventions responsibly.
Yoga Therapy Applications of Asanas, Pranayama & Restorative Yoga
Phase 5 · Specialized Modules
These modules allow you to deepen your expertise in specific areas of interest.
Phase 5 modules may be completed during your Case Study phase. For students enrolled in the 875-hour diploma, these modules are required according to the programme structure.
Some Phase 5 modules are externally hosted and may therefore display only as Completed or Not Completed.
